Mojitos
The Radegund is a small Pub located at the end of King St by the four lamps roundabout. For those of you who don't know Cambridge then the map can be found here.
Terry Kavanagh, the Landlord for the past 14 years, went on holiday a few years ago to the island of Cuba. While there he sampled and fell in love with Cuban rum and the Cuban cocktail , Mojito. When he returned his mission was to source Cuban rum in the UK and found that Havana Club was trying to establish a market place.
Terry introduced Mojitos to Cambridge and became the most valued customer of Havana Club in the East of England. His Mojito recipe is one that has been copied and imitated by many, but for the original you must try a Wednesday evening in the Rad.
